Drop Off
I dropped my daughter off at college this week after a wonderful winter break with her. Sending a child off to college is a strange mix of emotions as you personally grieve for yourself but also celebrate the achievement and excitement of what they have ahead. As we approached the campus, there was a rainbow that appeared to be starting on campus and it was a great reminder that the positives outweigh all else. Now I just need to keep telling myself to focus on that :-)

School Without Suffering
School Without Suffering is a virtual school and academic coaching practice for students who struggle with anxiety. We help students feel and do better by teaching them to master their mindset, set their systems, and persistently practice so they can achieve their goals while cultivating health and happiness.
