For the rest of this year, I want to focus more on myself. I want to be outside spending time with my friends and family. I want to eat good, healthy food that is also gluten free :) I want to have good time management skills and work-life balance. I want to live my best life <3

Dance provides a powerful means for individuals to connect with their emotions and achieve a sense of inner peace. This form of dance has always allowed me to release stress, improve mental well-being, and enhance physical health through rhythmic movements and creative expression. By engaging in this holistic practice, I experience emotional healing, increased self-awareness, and a deep sense of joy and freedom, fostering a harmonious balance between mind and body.

One of the most healing experiences I've had was through surfing, a passion that found me long ago in my youth. The salty air, the rhythm of the waves, and the pure tranquility of the ocean made me feel truly alive. It was nature's therapy in its purest form. Through this experience, I learned the therapeutic power of nature and how it can rejuvenate the soul.

My stint volunteering at a nonprofit organization for the elderly has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It deepened my understanding of empathy and compassion, underscoring the reality that human connection is not a luxury, but a necessity. I invested my time helping run activities, but moreover in lending a listening ear to those in need of conversation. This experience has taught me how a single act of kindness can light up another's world and this is a lesson that'll stay with me forever.

As a stressed-out college student, I clung to a piece of advice from my coach - to watch the sunset, letting my worries fall away with it. Despite my cheerful exterior, anxieties about my future and studies often lingered. Finding solace in the quiet spectacle of the sunset became my daily ritual, providing a sanctuary for my thoughts to clear. This simple practice taught me that sometimes, the best way to release stress is to take a mindful, tranquil pause to appreciate the world around us.
